Sapphire Moves to Change Auditor

Technology firm Sapphire (SGX:BRD) has declared its intention to change its auditor from Foo Kon Tan to Forvis Mazars for the year ending Dec. 31 and onwards, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Friday.

The proposed change will help the group generate audit fee savings of about 26.7% for fiscal 2024, the filing said.

The change of auditor is subject to the approval of the shareholders.
