China Power International Development Hires Contractor for 450-Megawatt Wind Power Plant
China Power International Development (HKG:2380) hired Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute as the contractor for a 450-megawatt offshore wind power plant project in Shandong Province.
The total consideration payable by China Power International unit Haiwei Wind Power to the contractor is 1.14 billion yuan, a Thursday Bourse filing said.
Under the EPC contracting agreement, Shandong Institute will provide survey design, auxiliary equipment procurement, construction and installation, and other technical support services related to the project.
