Atomos (ASX:AMS) settled its US and Australian legal cases with ex-Chief Executive Estelle McGechie via a confidential settlement payment, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
In September 2022, the video equipment manufacturer filed a legal proceeding against McGechie, claiming breach of a loan agreement.
Both parties agreed and entered the settlement and mutual release, with neither party admitting liability and releasing each other from all claims, the filing stated.
