Sinotrans (HKG:0598, SHA:601598) issued 2 billion yuan of medium-term bonds under its 4 billion yuan in bond financing instruments, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai Bourse.
The issuance marks the first tranche under the medium-term bond program for 2024.
The bonds have a three-year term and a 2.08% coupon rate.
The company's shares were 2% up in recent trading.
