Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (HKG:2196, SHA:600196) bought back 314,900 shares from the open market on Friday for nearly 7 million yuan, a same-day bourse filing said.
The pharmaceutical company repurchased the shares for the highest and lowest price of 22.38 yuan and 22.11 yuan per share, respectively.
The repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the firm closed over 1% higher on Friday.
