Serial Achieve (SGX:XHV) entered into a joint venture agreement with A-Speed Infotech to conduct distribution of information technology products and peripherals in Asia, a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The two companies agreed to establish a joint venture company named Achieva Tech Allianz with Seria Achieva holding a 55% stake in the Singapore incorporated company.
The joint venture will allow Serial Achieva to strengthen and expand its portfolio.
