Global Lithium Resources (ASX:GL1) said the Western Australian Supreme Court ordered that upcoming shareholder meetings be combined and held on the same date as the annual general meeting (AGM) on Nov. 20, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The Western Australian lithium explorer and developer attended a hearing on Thursday where it sought for requisitions submitted by Sincerity Development to be handled at or around the same time as the AGM, the filing stated.
