Dickson Concepts (International) (HKG:0113) unit Dickson Concepts (Retail) has renewed a licensing agreement and a service provision contract on Thursday, a same-day filing on the Hong Kong bourse said.
Dickson Concepts (Retail) extended the lease of a sales corner in the PP Harvey Nichols Store for licensee Precision Watch for two years beginning Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, and ending Sept. 18, 2026.
The unit also renewed an agreement to continue providing support services for the Harvey Nichols e-commerce website to the Harvey Nichols Group for three more years commencing Oct. 1, 2024, and ending Sept. 30, 2027.
Precision Watch and Harvey Nichols Group are associates of Dickson Poon, executive chairman of Dickson Concepts (International), the disclosure said.
