CK Life Sciences Int'l. (HKG:0775) appointed Lance Richard Lee Yuen as its chief executive officer and vice president with effect from Friday, Sept. 20, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The appointment came following the re-designation of the former CEO Yu Ying Choi, Alan Abel as the deputy chairman of the biotechnology company.
The company's shares closed over 1% higher on Friday.
