Livingstone Health (SGX:PRH) issued 350,538 new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants, a Wednesday filing on the Singapore bourse said.
Following the allotment and issue, the healthcare company's issued and paid-up ordinary share capital has risen to 611,138,017 shares.
The new shares are expected to be listed on the Catalist platform on or around Sept. 23, with trading beginning the same day.
