Wenzhou Hongfeng Electrical Alloy's (SHE:300283) unit, Zhejiang Hongfeng Copper Foil, received an invention patent certificate for its medical platinum-iridium ring and preparation method, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The patent, which was from the China National Intellectual Property Administration, is valid for twenty years, the Chinese manufacturer of composite electrical contact materials said.

Shares of the company slipped more than 1% in recent trade.
