Forgame's (HKG:0484) unit Netcloud (Hong Kong) Technology has completed the acquisition of a 95% stake in Shenzhen Haihong Microelectronics Technology from Silver Power Enterprise, a Sept. 20 bourse filing said.
The parties had entered an agreement regarding the purchase of the electronic component supply chain firm earlier this month.
