Greystone Housing Impact Investors (GHI) said Monday that Institutional Property Advisors Texas has listed Vantage at Hutto, a property located in Hutto, Texas, for sale at the direction of the property-owning entity's managing member.
Greystone Housing expects the sale to occur in Q1 2025. The timing and price of the sale could be negatively affected by current market volatility and potential future market developments, it said.
The company has contributed equity totaling $11.8 million in Vantage at Hutto and holds a non-controlling stake. Vantage reported an 89% physical occupancy as of Aug. 31.
