DigiAsia Corp.'s (FAAS) fintech-as-a-service unit DigiAsia Bios has agreed to be acquired by PayMate India for an enterprise valuation of $400 Million, PayMate said Tuesday.
PayMate, a provider of B2B payments and services, said when the deal closes that it intends to invest up to $25 Million in DigiAsia Bios, and that it plans to list the combined entity in India in 2025.
Paymate also said it expects the acquisition to receive corporate and regulatory approvals within 60 days.
