Jutal Offshore Oil Services (HKG:3303) has increased the maximum number of awarded shares under its share incentive plan to 20% of its issued share capital from 10% previously, a Monday bourse filing said.
Following the boost, the oil and gas facility fabricator can award up to 426,319,677 shares under the scheme, which was announced in April.
