Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) completed the divestment of Flexhub in Malaysia, for 125.1 million ringgit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

In an earlier filing, the trust had entered into conditional sale and purchase agreements with unrelated third party buyers of Flexhub and Padi, for a total sale price of 151.2 million ringgit.

Following the sale, the trust's portfolio now stands at 186 properties while the total value of assets under management is SG$13.3 billion.
