China National Culture Group (HKG:0745) auditor Elite Partners CPA will retire upon the conclusion of its current term of service on Sept. 25 and will not offer themselves for a re-appointment, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

Elite Partners CPA decided to retire as the e-commerce, advertisement, and movie production company's auditor considering their "available internal resources," among other things, the filing said.

The company's shares closed nearly 6% higher on Tuesday.
