Aspial Lifestyle (SGX:5UF) issued SG$70.0 million worth of 6.25% bonds due 2027, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The debt securities comprise SG$39.0 million in new bonds and SG$31.0 million in additional bonds.
The new bonds were exchanged with the same amount as the company's 6.05% bonds due 2025, leaving that series with SG$21 million in outstanding principal.
