Calidus Resources (ASX:CAI)
The receivers and managers of Calidus Resources, Keras (Pilbara) Gold, and Calidus Blue Spec said a creditors' meeting will be held on Sept. 27.
First Graphene (ASX:FGR)
First Graphene secured a two-year agreement with Halocell Energy to supply graphene for perovskite solar cell manufacturing.
BPM Minerals (ASX:BPM)
BPM Minerals completed drilling at the Louie prospect within its Claw gold project in Western Australia, with assay results expected in October.
Zinc of Ireland (ASX:ZMI)
The zinc exploration company received valid applications from shareholders under its entitlement offer of up to 265.7 million shares at AU$0.007 apiece, raising up to AU$1.9 million, and the shortfall offer for 148 million shares, raising a total of about AU$1 million. A total of 142.5 million shares were taken up under the entitlement offer, raising about AU$997,659, with a further 5.5 million additional acceptances taken up, raising a total of about AU$38,391.
Tissue Repair (ASX:TRP)
The biotechnology company's three independent board directors plan to resign at the close of its annual general meeting on Oct. 25. It comes after the company's receipt of notices following a proposal from Spark Capital and company CEO Tony Charara that the company be delisted from the ASX, which was not supported by the independent directors.
