Devon Energy (DVN) said late Friday it has closed its $5 billion acquisition of Grayson Mill Energy, adding a high-margin oil and natural gas producer to Devon's US operations.
The deal includes around 307,000 net acres of new property, 500 undrilled gross locations and 300 re-frac candidates, the company said.
