CANbridge Pharmaceuticals (HKG:1228) said Glenn Hassan has resigned as the chief financial officer of the company due to personal reasons.
The company's chief executive officer James Qun Xue will temporarily handle the responsibilities of the company's finances along with the finance team until a new CFO is appointed, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The biopharmaceutical company's shares closed nearly 12% higher on Monday.
