Air Products and Chemicals (APD) said Monday that it has completed the sale of its liquefied natural gas process technology and equipment business to Honeywell (HON) for $1.81 billion in cash.

The company said the assets, manufacturing capability, and personnel associated with the LNG process technology and equipment business have been transferred to Honeywell. This includes approximately 475 employees and a manufacturing facility in Port Manatee, Florida.
