Luye Pharma Group (HKG:2186) reported a profit attributable to owners of 387.8 million yuan for the six months ended June 30, 159% higher from 150 million yuan in the previous year, according to an interim report filed with the Hong Kong Bourse on Sunday.
Earnings per share were 0.1031 yuan, compared with the earnings per share of 0.0406 yuan a year ago.
The pharmaceutical company's revenue was 3.07 billion yuan, compared with 2.90 billion yuan in the prior year.
The company's stock closed over 1% higher on Monday's closing.
