Bocom International (HKG:3329) disposed of 2,892,100 Beijing Fourth Paradigm (HKG:6682) shares on the market for HK$66.3 million at HK$22.93 per share on Monday, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong exchange said.
The group plans to use the proceeds for its general working capital and other investment opportunities.
