Lottery (ASX:TLC) recently committed to stabilize and improve its non-jackpot games, following a 5% turnover fall in the fiscal year ended June 30, a move seen by Jarden Research as "encouraging," the investment firm said in a Tuesday note.
"In our view, having a balance between jackpots and base games is critical for sustained success," Jarden Research said in the note.
The gaming operator continues to provide changes to its games to help strengthen its portfolio, with improvements implemented with Powerball and Weekday Windfall with Saturday Lotto next on the schedule.
The company did not declare a guidance for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, following record results in the previous fiscal year.
Jarden Research maintained its neutral rating on the company while also keeping its AU$5.10 price target.
Lottery's shares fell 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
Price (AUD): $5.03, Change: $-0.06, Percent Change: -1.08%
