Capital VC (HKG:2324) said Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong) notified the company that it will stop working as the company's investment manager from Friday due to a change in its management team, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The company had agreed to hire Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong) as its investment manager on Nov. 30, 2020. The board will take over the activities for managing the company's investments until a new investment manager is appointed.
