Growthpoint Properties Australia (ASX:GOZ) said it is on track to complete its net-zero target by July 1, 2025, according to its sustainability report published Monday.
The real estate investment trust completed its solar installations at six office assets during the year ended June 30, with a combined capacity of 376 kilowatts, the filing stated. It also started its electrification feasibility studies on three more office assets.
The REIT's shares fell almost 2% in recent Monday trade.
