Software developer Unith (ASX:UNT) disclosed the immediate departure of Chief Executive Idan Schmorak, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Current director and Company Secretary Scott Mison will succeed Schmorak in an interim capacity, having already taken on the chief financial officer responsibilities since July 1, the filing stated.

Meanwhile, Non-Executive Director Justin Baird assumed the role of chief technology officer.
