Atlas Lithium said Monday it had discovered spodumene-rich pegmatites in its Salinas Project, located about 60 miles north of its Neves Project, where initial lithium concentrate production is planned.
The company said the Salinas Project covers 388 hectares and is 5 miles east of Latin Resources' Colina Project.
It added that it had completed soil geochemistry and LIDAR geological mapping of the Salinas Project area with favourable results and is now pursuing further geological and geophysical studies before initiating a drilling campaign.
