DL Holdings Group's (HKG:1709) subsidiary DL Digital Family Office (HK) obtained the license to carry out Type 4 i.e. advising on securities and Type 9 i.e. asset management regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Commission.
DL Securities (HK), another subsidiary of the company, obtained the license to carry out Type 1 i.e. dealing in securities, Type 4 i.e. advising on securities, and Type 6 i.e. advising on corporate finance regulated activities under the SFO, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
DL Digital Family plans to use AI human models to assist its clients and provide them with 24/7 access to global macroeconomic analysis, market insights, and other services.
DL Securities will also be able to leverage DL Digital Family's technology to assist in the account creation process and to access the financial products of Digital Family Office.
