OUE Healthcare's (SGX:5WA) joint venture hospital, Changshu Hospital, entered into a healthcare alliance agreement with China's Shanghai Changzheng Hospital, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Through the agreement, both hospitals will bring their respective expertise for patients across both hospitals while staff members from Changsu Hospital will have access to training courses designed by Changzheng Hospital.
Shares of the company were up over 3% in recent trading.
