MTR (HKG:0066) has reappointed Jacob Kam Chak-pui as its chief executive officer from April 1, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2025, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Kam is currently serving a three-year term as CEO, which commenced April 1, 2022. The firm will enter into a new contract for the reappointment.
Shares of the transport operator closed over 5% lower on Tuesday.
