Aspen (Group) Holdings (SGX:1F3) will see the retirement of Chairman Cheah Teik Seng after the annual general meeting on Oct. 22, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Seng decided to step down as part of the board's renewal process.
With his departure, Seng will relinquish his roles as chairman of the audit and remuneration committees and as a member of the nominating committee.
