Acrophyte Hospitality Trust (SGX:XZL) completed the sale of Hyatt House Shelton, Connecticut for $19.7 million, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

This follows the earlier sale of the Hyatt House Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting, completed on July 16.

The stapled group, which includes Acrophyte Hospitality Property Trust and Acrophyte Hospitality Management Trust, manages a portfolio of 33 select-service hotels with 4,315 rooms across 17 states in the US.
