Zhejiang Truelove Vogue's (SHE:003041) unit, Zhejiang True Love Carpet Technology, agreed to transfer its property in Yiwu City, China for 232 million yuan, according to a Thursday filing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The land, which has an land use area measuring 100,076 square meters, will be sold to the local government of Yiwu Municipal's Jiangdong subdistrict, the textile company said.
Shares of the company rose less than 2% in recent trade.
