Agile Group Holdings (HKG:3383) recorded a pre-sale value of 1.82 billion yuan in September, with a corresponding gross floor area (GFA) of 140,000 square meters, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The property company's average monthly selling price stood at 13,013 yuan per square meter.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, pre-sale value and GFA reached 12.16 billion yuan and 892,000 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 13,640 yuan.
