BOE Varitronix (HKG:0710) agreed to renew its master purchase agreement with its shareholder BOE Technology Group (SHE:000725, SHE:200725) on Thursday, with both parties agreeing to extend the terms of the agreement to Dec. 31, 2027, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The company entered into the master purchase agreement with BOA on April 22, 2016, for the purchase of TFT panels, TFT modules, and other raw materials used in manufacturing TFT modules.
The master agreement has already been extended thrice with the expiration date for the third extension being Dec. 31, 2024.
On Thursday, the automotive and industrial display manufacturer's shares closed over 4% higher.
