Click Holdings (CLIK) said Thursday it closed its initial public offering of 1.4 million shares at $4.00 per share, raising $5.6 million.
Shares of Hong Kong-based human resources solutions provider started trading on the Nasdaq on Wednesday.
The shares were up about 3.3% in recent after-hours activity.
