CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of approximately 2.02 billion yuan in September, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 167,600 square meters, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The property firm's average selling price for the month was around 11,600 yuan per square meter.

From January to September, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 26.13 billion yuan and 2.1 million square meters, respectively.

Shares of the company closed nearly 4% higher on Thursday.
