Acme International's (HKG:1870) subsidiary Acme Gondola Systems signed preliminary agreements with to buy CSW1018's three workshops in Kowloon, Hong Kong, at a consideration of HK$40.5 million, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

Located at the Orient International Tower, the properties have a total gross floor area of 4,495 square feet and a saleable floor area of 2,921 square feet, the filing said.

The parties are expected to enter into formal agreements by Oct. 23.

The building maintenance unit system works company's shares closed nearly 3% lower on Wednesday.
