Sunshine Insurance Group (HKG:6963) has formulated a performance-based bonus deferral and employee service allowance plan, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

Employees of the insurer will be entitled to receive cash payments of the trust plan as beneficiaries.

Shares of the company closed nearly 8% lower on Wednesday.
