Smart Digital Technology Group (HKG:1159) said Tang Liang has resigned as the co-chairman of the company's board, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company has appointed Sang Kangqiao as the board's new co-chairman. Sang and Jing Xufeng, who is already a co-chairman, will share duties.
The changes are effective Oct. 10, the filing added.
The film and drama investment company's shares were up nearly 3% in early Friday trading.
