Sevens Atelier has entered into an exclusive collaboration agreement with Absolute Inspection, according to an Oct 9 release.
Under the agreement, the company says Sevens Atelier 5ew
and Absolute Inspection will collaborate “in good faith on an exclusive basis to identify and refer any business opportunities relating to landed real estate”.
The agreement is also set to extend to any individual or company that has the potential to engage services for projects to each of the companies based on the expertise of each party, reads the release.
Absolute Inspection focuses on the provision of general building engineering design and consultancy services, specifically workmanship defects inspection.
According to Sevens Atelier, the collaboration agreement will enable both companies to “maximise the benefits for their mutual interest in identifying business opportunities using respective networks”.
The collaboration agreement is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share or the net tangible assets per share of Sevens Atelier for the current financial year ending Dec 31.
Shares in Sevens Atelier closed flat at 4 cents on Oct 9.
