Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure's (HKG:1052) subsidiary, Yuexiu (China) Transport Infrastructure Investment, agreed to acquire a 55% stake in Henan Yuexiu Pinglin Expressway from Guangzhou Yue Xiu Holdings for 758.5 million yuan.

The target company will become a subsidiary of the company after the completion of the acquisition, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The toll expressways developer and manager's shares were nearly 3% up in recent trade.

Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure's shares were up 3% in recent trade.
