Puya Semiconductor (SHA:688766) sold its holdings in Beijing Huada Jiutian Technology for 33.4 million yuan, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The Chinese semiconductor devices manufacturer disposed of 302,900 shares through centralized bidding.
After the transaction, Puya owns 297,100 shares in Huada Jiutian, the disclosure said.
Puya's shares dropped more than 3% in recent trade.
