Ronshine China (HKG:3301) recorded contracted sales of approximately 445.6 million yuan in September, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 54,132 square meters, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at around 8,231 yuan per square meter.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 5.48 billion yuan and 436,994 square meters, respectively.

Shares of the company closed over 10% higher on Thursday.
