Samsonite International S.A. (HKG:1910) granted performance-based and time-based restricted share units to certain employees under its incentive scheme, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The luggage manufacturer and retailer's shares were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
