Central China Management (HKG:9982) recorded contracted sales of 960 million yuan in September, with a contracted gross floor sales area of 149,629 square meters, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Bourse.
The property manager's average monthly selling price was 6,418 yuan per square meter.
For the first nine months of 2024, contracted sales and sales area reached 10.06 billion yuan and about 1.7 million square meters, down about 47% and 45%, respectively.
The company did not obtain any newly contracted projects in September.
