Citychamp Dartong (SHA:600067) is changing its name to Citychamp Dartong Advanced Materials amid a shift in its main business, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The name change was made after the company's revenue from the electromagnetic wire and other materials business exceeded the revenue of its real estate sector business in 2023, the filing said.
The changes are subject to shareholder approval.
Citychamp Dartong shares rose 3% on Monday's close.
