Sun Hung Kai Properties' (HKG:0016) Cullinan Sky property saw 232 of its 238 apartments sold on Saturday, the South China Morning Post reported the same day.
About 40% of those who bought properties at the site in West Kowloon are from mainland China, the SCMP said.
The units have floor areas of up to 655 square feet and are priced up to $14.1 million, the report said.
Lower interest rates and better stock market performances contributed to the brisk sales, the report said.
